What can I expect during a reading?

What can I expect during a reading? I'm glad you asked!​

1. Before your session, you will receive a reminder email with a link to my priming meditation. It is a short simple meditation you can listen to 7-8 minutes before we begin to help you relax and be in the optimal state to receive the energy of the reading. By listening to this meditation before we meet, we allow more time for our session to be dedicated to the spiritual download and your follow up time. Don't worry if you do not do it in advance of the meeting. It is important to me that you are in the best mental state to allow for the best session. I always feel into the energy before we begin and if necessary, we do a clearing and grounding.​​
2. A few minutes before your session, I do channeled writing and some light energy healing. The light energy healing is also to help you be in a state to receive what comes through your reading. 
3. After we have the energy right, I explain what to expect from me. No, my head doesn't spin and there aren't any disembodied voices but I do tend to close my eyes and look off to the side among other things. I want you to be comfortable during our session so I want you to be aware of any typical behaviors I exhibit.
4. Onto the fun! Once I start with your spiritual transmission, I try to get the entire transmission out with as little disruption to ensure I stay in the flow. I may ask you to to validate with yes, no, or I don't know. Please don't share anything during this time. 
5. Once the transmission is complete, it is open to your questions. I am still connected at this point and we can ask any follow up questions of Spirit. 
6. Once the session is ended, I send you a follow up email with an unlisted YouTube link of your session along with any pre-session notes (if applicable).
