I Work With A Nightmare Podcast

What do you do when navigating multiple layers of abuse and narcissism are part of your day to day?

I recently shared my story with Sam at the I Work With A Nightmare podcast. Like most people, I began my conscious spiritual journey after a dark time in my life. A big part of that darkness was with work.

We spend so much time at work, often more time than with our family. I often asked myself if the salary with the mental gymnastics were worth it. I believe that our inner world is reflected in all parts of our outer world and that my work issues took up much space in my life because of how much time I spent there. 

I saw myself, in that work environment, as a player in a game. I thought that if I played by their rules, I could win.

I struggled working there because the rules were fucked up and I knew it.

I didn't want to win by their rules, I wanted different rules. 

When I found psychic development, I made my own rules and made my way out of there. A month after finding psychic development, I was interviewing for multiple positions. Two months later, I was starting a new position with an amazing team.
