Mama had her a meltdown!

I realize we have so much happening with the planetary alignments that are alchemizing exponential transformation as we move into 200 years of a new element: air. This meltdown was days in the making. I put myself through several things (whew, energy cleanse! aka enema for the soul) that helped surface the energy that manifested as a meltdown.

Yes, I gotta have grace for myself. Believe me, I’m the first person to recognize that.
Yes, I know this is all in the end good. I’m usually one of the more optimistic people you’ll ever meet.

But don’t get it twisted, I feel the full range of my emotions. I need it.

My emotions ground me.
My emotions remind me how human I am.
My emotions keep me honest with myself. (How dare I say I’m cool when I’m feeling so incredibly meh and underwhelmed on the inside!)

I share this because there are so many out there in the spiritual community that hook onto light and love as the only way.

Yo….your shadow gives you depth and greater self-awareness.

Let yourself feel all the feels, even the ones that break you down to tears. I am a better person for my tears. I have a stronger relationship with myself for honoring my energy and letting her do what she does best.
