How often should I get a reading?

People ask me this and the honest answer is: it depends. It depends on you, the type of reading, and your intention. 

If you’re getting a mediumship reading to connect with a love one in Spirit to validate there is life after death, I hope you only need one reading. 

If you are getting any type of reading seeking guidance, I hope you only need one reading on the particular situation you are seeking guidance on. However, you may feel you need assistance with several situations over any period of time. 

If you’re seeking energy healing, one session may be sufficient but you may need more depending on what you’re going through and how you need support as you move through it.

If you’re looking to heal through expanding your consciousness, this will take several sessions depending on where your consciousness is starting. 

It is my intention that the people I work with recognize their sovereignty and trust their intuition or better worded: trust themselves. In trusting yourself, you recognize that you are perfect right here, right now. Doing the work and evolving is perfect, no matter what that looks like for you.
