Allow yourself to be devastated.

A while back I channeled a message that was about the necessity of polarity. We experience the good and the bad because it helps us connect more deeply with our choices. 

About a month ago, I attended Heather Rebecca Wilson's Sacred Space Holding Activation. In this container, she said "allow yourself to be devastated." I recognized that I was hovering at the surface not going deep but I didn't know why. When Heather said this I realized why I was hovering and not diving in: I was  sheltering myself from the pain. It was then I realized I was the spiritual equivalent of a snowflake, I was spiritually bypassing. 

Rather than get caught up in the shame and guilt of being the spiritual snowflake, I decided to embrace the experience and learn from it. Allowing yourself to be devastated is also an act of proving to yourself what you are capable of. You are absolutely capable of feeling the devastation and bouncing back. 

I kamikaze'd my way through my spiritual development. I took a workshop in January 2019 and launched my business giving private readings 6 months later. My private practice has evolved to focus more on helping people gain the tools to navigate this experience feeling confident to explore with sovereignty while expressing their unique flavor.
