Krisell (She/Her) is a multi-dimensonal medium, Filipinx living in diaspora, on the unceded ancestral lands of the Kizh people. She empowers femmes of color and their allies to live with purpose, confidence, and integrity through grounded spirituality.

Heather is walking the path of healing the ancestral lines on both sides of her multi-racial family and becoming a responsible steward of her ancestral wisdom and indigenous spiritual traditions.
Her maternal ancestors are from the Visayas (Leyte, Samar, and Iloilo), in what is now known as the Philippines. Her paternal ancestors are from all over West Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, and Mali, among other places) as well as Northern Europe.
She was born on unceded Powhatan/Piscataway/Monacan/Cherokee territory (Washington DC) and is currently a settler on occupied Tongva/Chumash land (Venice, CA).
After years of working as a Diversity, Equity, & Justice practitioner, speaker, and Transformational Coach, Heather experienced a series of spiritual awakenings, including a massive energetic clearing of ancestral, racialized identity and sexual trauma in 2018.
Inspired by her own healing journey to dismantle internalized oppression and she is absolutely passionate about empowering intuitive empaths to begin shedding colonial patterns, embody their unique medicine, move into deeper integrity with all their relationships, expand their sacred space holding capacity for the elevation of the collective consciousness, and live out their divine mission on this planet.
She’s a graduate of Brown University, the Diversity Leadership Institute (NAIS - National Association of Independent Schools), and the National Diversity Practitioners Institute.
Heather has spent multiple seasons as an active participant in Liberation Spring, a grassroots adult freedom school in the service of decolonization, founded by Anjali Nath Upadhyay.
Over the past five years she has facilitated numerous LIVE and virtual Root Healing & Consciousness-Raising Experiences for womxn across lineages and cultures, Womxn of Color Healing Circles, as well as Filipinx New and Full Moon Healing Circles. In addition, she has mentored intuitive empaths inside her group/private coaching program, “High Priestess of the Heart: The Art of Evolutionary Sacred Space Holding”.
